Company Returns

All business have certain obligations to report data to the UK Government at set times. The specific reports will vary depending upon the structure and nature of the business.

We at Turners will advise you on the reporting required and help to prepare and deliver those reports. Most company reports must now be submitted online in specific formats.

If you run a company you must send an annual return to Companies House. This includes details of directors, registered office address, shares and shareholders. It is a snapshot of certain company information at the company’s legal return date.

Similarly, with very few exceptions, all companies and most organisations are liable for Corporation Tax and so must file an online Company Tax Return with HMRC.
